State & CountryCalifornia - USA
MessageMy Father Donald W. McGuire served in Korea he was a srgt. 2nd inf. div. He served the entire war as we were told he was of the first boat to land and second to last to leave. He never spoke much about the war we learnd mostly from letters and nonfictional short stories he had to write in collage. He graduated with a BS in Physics and made his carrier in the space program unfortunetly he passed away at the age of 42 in early 1973. He was a patriot and made us proud to be an American.

GuestPam Chapman (maiden)
State & CountryTexas - USA
MessageMy dad, John Chapman (Jasper, Texas), proudly served with the United States Marines during the Korean War. Like many veterans of other wars, he does not talk about his time in Korea. Thank you for this website and for putting information out there for those of us who want to know the truth. God bless you, God bless our troops, and Semper Fi.
